Jessica Pautsch
Rice Lake, WIBanner Title: A Little Night Music
I'm glad to be back for my second year of ArtScape and painting this
violin was really fun. Jessie has a couple of friends who play violin and
one has a beautiful hand-made instrument from 4 generations ago. Jessie
has her sights set on a future at the art institute of Chicago,
Minneapolis or Milwaukee. |

Joey Wirsbinski
Rice Lake, WIBanner Title: Yellow Face
Typically when the creative urge strikes I do graphics or design
furniture, so I had two choices: a graphic or a blueprint of a sofa. |

Rachel Murphy
Sarona, WIBanner Title: Elm on 27th Street
Rachel works mainly in oils and recently has done a lot of plein air
painting (painting outside). I find it very challenging. You have to work
very quickly to freeze a light effect. Most of my subject matter is
landscape, equestrian and old farms. |

Macey Fredrickson
Shell Lake, WIBanner Title: Fresh Perspective
Even after moving away for school, this area has always felt like home.
This painting brings me back to my earliest memories of visiting my
grandparents. We would go to the river to feed the ducks and although I
never caught a big fish, I always hoped to. Macey enjoys welding,
photography, painting and sculpting. |

Kimberlie Wee
Rice Lake, WIBanner Title: Red Canna
Our family would like to share Kimberlie's interpretation of Red Canna
by Georgia O'Keeffe with our community and visitors that pass through our
beautiful city. Kimberlie drew this artwork with chalk when she was a
senior (Class of 2002) at Rice Lake High School. Rebecca and Dennis
Wee submitted this piece in memory of their daughter. The banner will be
sold but the original artwork will remain with her family. |
