Dennis Fredrickson-Shell Lake
Fishing Day
I wanted to contribute a scene of the local area that influenced my
childhood. I have been painting only a short time but have begun to enjoy
the challenge of creating a three dimensional subject. Dennis notes that
he enjoys observing portraits, landscape and nature paintings and seeing
the colors and brush strokes emphasizing light and shadows on subjects. |

Macey Fredrickson-Shell Lake
Aurora Borealis
After having studied shape and objects for so many years, I have
shifted to the study of color. This abstract painting was created solely
with a palette knife to force this continuation of color study. In
addition to painting, Macey expresses her creativity in web-site design
and welding. |
